Welcome to the world of harmonizing vibrations. I am delighted that you have found your way to my website, where you can gain shorter or longer insights into the mysteries of group sound bathing and floating—drifting experiences.
My earthly journey began as Szabó Csilla back in the 1980s. As the current milestone of my decades-long path of self-development, I have been holding meditative sound baths for several years in the Great Hungarian Plain. During this time, I have organized more than 100 events, each of which has been a unique connection through vibrations with every participant who comes to experience the beneficial effects of sound and frequency. It is a special honor for me to contribute as a guest facilitator at public or private events and workshops, enriching participants’ experiences through sound bathing and the power of harmonizing or energizing frequencies.
For me, sound bathing is not merely relaxation, but a deep self-awareness experience that supports physical and emotional harmony, re-tuning, and renewal. For years I have been studying and practicing the use of various instruments—such as gongs, Himalayan therapeutic singing bowls, angel harp, tongue drum, shaman drum, jaw harp, and other intuitive sound-making tools—so that each participant may experience complete physical and emotional replenishment. In recent months, I have also had the privilege of channeling the beneficial energy of frequencies through a wide range of crystal instruments.
No two sound baths are the same. Each sound journey is a unique, personalized experience, attuned to the energy, rhythm, and inner world of the participants.
During my current earthly journey, gaining a deeper understanding of the meaning of my given name has further strengthened my certainty that I am walking the path meant for me. I now know that part of my mission is to shine like a star wherever I am—and those who need this light will find it. With joy, I embrace the calling to illuminate the healing and harmonizing path of vibrations in their full radiance, and I warmly invite you to my meditative sound journeys if you wish to connect to this brilliance through deeply relaxing vibrations.
Let’s dive straight into the benefits of sound bathing, as for most of us, after curiosity, these are exactly the reasons why we return regularly to such events.
In response to the tension of everyday life, the constant flow of information, and ongoing performance pressure, there is a growing need for natural methods that help us slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with ourselves. Sound bathing is a gentle yet deeply effective relaxation experience that guides us toward restoring physical and emotional balance through the power of unique sounds and vibrations.
Sound bathing is a passive yet profoundly impactful relaxation method. Participants settle into a comfortable position—usually lying down—while vibrations created by various instruments surround them.
During a sound bath, there are no “tasks” or expectations: there is no need to meditate, concentrate, or control thoughts. The sounds naturally guide the mind into a calmer, more relaxed state.
The harmonious vibrations of the instruments used during the sound journey—such as Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and others—are not only heard but also gently felt within the body.
Since the human body is largely made up of water, it responds particularly sensitively to vibrations. During a sound bath, sound waves gently “flow through” the body, helping muscles relax and releasing accumulated tension.
As the sounds unfold, the nervous system gradually calms, allowing the body to shift out of constant alert (stress) mode and into a state that supports rest and regeneration. This state has a positive effect on overall well-being, breathing, and general physical comfort.
Common experiences include:
thoughts slowing down
reduced inner tension and anxiety
an increased ability to let go of daily worries
the emergence of a deeper sense of calm and safety
The sounds help turn attention inward, so participants often experience deep peace, inner cleansing, or emotional relief.
Sound bathing is an ideal choice for those who:
live a stressful, fast-paced lifestyle
work in office environments with little physical movement
perform physically demanding work
wish to relax, recharge, and restore balance
are open to holistic, natural methods
find it difficult to relax during traditional meditation
Participation in a sound journey requires no prior experience or active involvement.
Come and experience the beneficial effects of sounds and vibrations for yourself! Current events.
Group sound bathing and floating sound bath experiences offer a unique opportunity for those who wish to step away from the noise of everyday life, quiet the mind, and recharge. These sessions provide not only deep relaxation but also a special atmosphere created by shared presence and the harmonizing power of sound vibrations.
During a group sound bath, participants immerse themselves together in the world of sounds and vibrations. The harmonious sound field created within a shared space often brings a deeper sense of relaxation and safety for many people.
It is an ideal choice for those who wish to recharge regularly and are looking for a shared, collective experience rather than an individual session.
The floating sound bath offers a truly unique, multisensory experience. While gently floating on a mat on the surface of the water, the body becomes almost weightless, allowing sound vibrations to be felt even more intensely. Water acts as a natural conductor for vibrations, and many guests experience deeper relaxation and a profound sense of letting go.
Floating sound baths are especially recommended for those who wish to step beyond traditional relaxation methods and are seeking a truly special and memorable experience.
During sound bath sessions, guests have no active tasks. They settle comfortably—either in a dry space or floating on a mat in the water—and surrender to the flow of sound. The harmonious soundscape created by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other vibrational tools supports deep relaxation and slowing down.
Participants often experience:
reduced stress levels
deep mental relaxation
inner calm and renewed energy
an improved sense of well-being after the session
Several scientific studies support the idea that sound bathing and sound therapy can promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Some studies suggest that even a single sound bath session can lead to a significant reduction in tension and an improvement in mood among participants.
Research also indicates that sound vibrations may stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, contributing to the activation of physiological responses responsible for rest and regeneration.
It is important to emphasize that sound bathing is a complementary, holistic method intended to support physical and emotional well-being, and it does not replace medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. In the case of any health-related complaint, illness, or mental health concern, consulting a qualified healthcare professional is always recommended.
