General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to my website! Thank you for honoring me with your trust! Please read the GTC document carefully, as by registering for the available services, participating in the programs and/or using the services, you accept the content of this document!

By ticking the checkbox relating to the GTC and providing your billing details, you (as the “Consumer”) enter into a legally binding agreement with the Service Provider under the terms detailed below:

Key definitions
Parties: Service Provider and Consumer jointly

Consumer (pursuant to Section 8:1 of the new Civil Code effective as of 15 March 2014): a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, independent occupation, or business activity.

Consumer contract: a contract in which one party qualifies as a consumer

Website: www.lelekhangom.hu, the website used for concluding the contract.

Contract: a sales/service contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Consumer via the website, or through telephone, verbal consultation and/or ordering and/or electronic correspondence.

Product: any marketable movable item offered for sale on the website that can be possessed and constitutes the subject of the contract.

Entrepreneur: a person acting within the scope of their profession, independent occupation, or business activity.

Consumer: the person making the purchase offer and concluding the contract.

Warranty: In the case of contracts concluded between the Consumer and the Entrepreneur (hereinafter: consumer contract)
a) a warranty assumed by the entrepreneur under the Civil Code for the proper performance of the contract, voluntarily undertaken beyond or in the absence of statutory obligation, and
b) a mandatory warranty based on law.

1.1 This document is not filed, is concluded exclusively in electronic form, does not qualify as a written contract, is written in Hungarian, and does not refer to a code of conduct.
1.2 The scope of these GTC extends to legal relationships established on the Service Provider’s website (https://www.lelekhangom.hu) and its subdomains. These GTC are continuously available at the following website: https://www.lelekhangom.hu and can be downloaded.

Scope and acceptance of the GTC
2.1 The information published on the website does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract by the Service Provider. For orders falling under these GTC, you qualify as the offeror, and the contract is concluded by the Service Provider’s acceptance of your offer submitted via the website and by confirmation of your offer. By submitting your order, you acknowledge that your offer is deemed submitted and, upon confirmation by the Service Provider in accordance with these GTC, entails a payment obligation.

2.2 The content of the contract concluded between us is defined by these GTC. Accordingly, these GTC contain the rights and obligations of both parties, the conditions for concluding the contract, performance deadlines, delivery and payment terms, liability rules, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. Before finalizing your order, you are obliged to familiarize yourself with these GTC. By placing an order, booking an appointment and/or making a purchase via the website, you accept these GTC, which form an integral part of the contract concluded between you and the Service Provider.

General information
3.1 The information published on the website is for informational purposes only. The Service Provider is not a physician and does not perform healthcare activities. Our services aim to preserve health and improve well-being. They do not qualify as therapeutic activities and therefore do not replace medical examinations, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
3.2 The Consumer expressly acknowledges that they have familiarized themselves with the contraindications published by the Service Provider on the website and use the available services with knowledge of these.
3.3 Everyone uses the information published on the website at their own risk. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for misinterpretation or incorrect application of the program content. Certain information may not correspond to current official medical positions. If you suffer from any chronic illness and/or are under medical treatment, you must always consult your attending physician. All information published on the website may be used solely at the reader’s (Consumer’s) own risk; we assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the application of the content. In the event of symptoms indicating illness, everyone should immediately consult a physician and follow their instructions.

By registering for available services, participating in programs and/or using the services, the Consumer acknowledges and accepts the above.

Applicable legislation
The Contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the following legislation:

6.1 Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection; Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Certain Issues of Information Society Services; Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code; Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on Mandatory Warranty for Durable Consumer Goods; Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on Detailed Rules of Contracts between Consumers and Businesses; NGM Decree 19/2014 (IV.29.) on Procedural Rules for Handling Warranty and Guarantee Claims; Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright; Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
6.2 Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council (28 February 2018) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
6.3 Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory statutory provisions apply to the Parties without special stipulation.
6.4 These GTC are effective from 01.06.2022 until revoked.
6.5 The User acknowledges these rules as binding. If the User does not accept the terms, they are not entitled to view the website content.

Scope of purchasable services
7.1 Information on essential characteristics of the services/products is provided in the descriptions of each service/product.
7.2 The Service Provider undertakes to provide well-being–enhancing services using sound therapy instruments, workshops, courses, and other holistic advisory and training services. These terms apply to all services provided by the Entrepreneur to the Consumer.

Consideration
8.1 The Consumer pays according to the payment schedule published on the website.
8.2 Prices do not differ from those displayed on the website.
8.3 In the event of later price changes, invoicing may occur at the price effective at the time of performance.
8.4 No retroactive price increase applies.
8.5 No post-event price correction may be applied to the Consumer’s detriment.
8.6 Advance payments for courses are non-refundable.

Refunds, cancellation, right of withdrawal
9.1 No right of withdrawal applies to leisure activity services with a specified date.
9.2 Failure to attend does not entitle the Consumer to a refund.
9.3 Orders and bookings constitute a binding contract.
9.4 Cancellation conditions:
– Within 48 hours: 50% refund
– Within 24 hours: full fee payable
Transfer to another person is permitted.

The current version of the GTC is effective from: 2026.01.13

Contraindications

Pacemaker, severe cardiac arrhythmia, epilepsy, active thrombosis, severe psychological disorders, first trimester of pregnancy, and fresh surgical wounds (duration may vary). In the case of floating sound baths, fear of water and inability to swim may also apply. If uncertain, I am happy to consult with you. Participation is at your own responsibility.

Important advice:
Please avoid alcohol and mind-altering substances before the sound bath, and preferably coffee as well.
Before the program, consciously reduce strong external stimuli and turn inward.
After the sound bath, light walking, rest, and sufficient hydration are recommended.
The sound bath does not replace medical care or psychotherapy.
