Pacemaker, severe cardiac arrhythmia, epilepsy, active thrombosis, severe psychological disorders, first trimester of pregnancy, and fresh surgical wounds (the duration may vary by case). In the case of floating sound baths, fear of water and inability to swim may also apply in certain cases. If you are uncertain, I am happy to consult with you about your condition.

Important Advice:
Before the sound bath, please avoid consuming alcohol and any kind of mind-altering substances, and if possible, also refrain from coffee during this period.
Before the program, it is advisable to consciously reduce strong external stimuli and gradually turn your attention inward. It may be helpful to reflect in advance on what you would like to release from your life or from yourself, and what qualities you wish to receive and allow for yourself. It is not uncommon for physical and emotional signals to intensify in the period preceding the sound bath, supporting this process of self-reflection.
After the sound bath, light walking, rest, and adequate fluid intake are recommended. The vibrations of the singing bowls may continue to affect both the body and emotional processes for days.
It is important to know that the sound bath does not replace medical care or psychotherapy. It is a gentle, sensitive energetic method that may also touch deeper layers and occasionally involve more intense experiences. Its aim is to attune the energy system toward more harmonious functioning, to support reconnecting with oneself, and to encourage personal unfolding—each person taking the next step appropriate to their own path of development.
